  • Sacred shamanic bodywork is a holistic approach to healing and spiritual exploration that combines elements of shamanism, energy work, and bodywork. It is rooted in the belief that the body, mind, and spirit are interconnected, and that healing should address all aspects of a person's being.

    Sacred shamanic bodywork incorporates shamanic tradition, connecting with the spiritual realm for soul retrieval to access guidance, healing, and transformation. To bring you home to your body.

    During a session we may incorporate ritual, ceremony, and the use of sacred tools to create a sacred and supportive space. We will include the use of sacred herbs, incense, sound instruments, or other tools to create a ceremonial space and enhance the spiritual aspects of the healing process.

    Sacred Shamanic Bodywork involves therapeutic massage techniques to facilitate the clearing energy blocks, balancing the flow of energy, and restoring harmony to the energetic body. The location of energy blockages, are located by the intuitive ability of the therapist. An energy blockage can manifest itself in many forms, ranging from chronic or acute pain in muscle and viscera to emotional disruptions.

Thai Vedic Bodywork

  • ThaiVedic draws wisdom from three different traditions: Ayurveda, Yoga and Thai Bodywork. This is bodywork with a special focus on Ayurvedic concepts, Thai Massage, and Yoga Therapies. It is an elegant form of integrative bodywork that gives the benefits of massage, Ayurvedic wisdom, yoga and energy work in one nurturing session.

    The art of Thai Vedic Bodywork combines powerful stretches and deep acupressure are applied carefully along the body as a fluid, meditative dance; creating a relaxed supported bodywork that allows a profound sense of space and relaxation, bringing opposites (yin/yang, solar/lunar, masculine/feminine) into union. This achieves a deep therapeutic effect without harsh physical force through efficient use of movement, conscious touch, breathing and rhythm.  Since it is given on a floor mat with the client fully clothed, practitioners can use their whole body in leverage and interactive work as they move and rock the client into various positions, apply rhythmic touch as well as some cross-fiber stroking of muscle and tendons.

Divine Healing Sessions are 75 mins – 3 hrs long. We will have a pretreatment call to identify your intention and from there custom design a healing session that will best meet your needs.



    A Divine Healing session is an immersion in soft tissue manipulation, visceral healing manipulation and beautiful sounds and vibrations that are healing for your body. During a Divine Healing session time is suspended as you enter a world of vibration, sensation and experience. Physical injuries nurtured and old patterns, ancestral and emotional traumas released.

Neuromuscular Treatment

In those places we ask for source’s healing to move, shift, break up the energy and prepare you for release. Following your session we will discuss the intuitive messages that came in. Meditation with Sacred Horse Medicine

  • A unique and holistic approach to meditation that incorporates the presence and energy of horses. This practice combines the principles of traditional meditation with the calming and grounding influence of being in close proximity to the majestic animal, the horse.

    Learn to communicate with horses on a deep, intuitive level. Horses can provide wisdom and guidance, by connecting with their spirit you will learn to feel their unique energy for healing and spiritual growth.

    During your session you have the option to be seated in the pasture near a few horses, in the round pen with one horse or on horseback. The meditation will begin with breath synchronization, walking (if on horseback) to feel the movement, then with the horse at rest while grazing you will be guided through a meditation.

  • Intuitive massage is a holistic approach to health and wellness that involves therapeutic massage techniques to facilitate the release of tension. Intuitive massage gently and deeply releases muscles and encourages the flow of prana.

    During session I will listen to your body’s story. Guided by connection and intuition we will use a variety of tools such as warm towels, stones, cups and tuning forks to facilitate a release and restore of the body.

Cupping
