Welcome to Maitriveda. Maitri meaning ~ “friendship” & “benevolence” Veda ~ meaning “knowledge” or “study of”. Maitriveda is the study of the friendship and loving kindness to ourselves. Learn to live in harmony with your mind, body, spirit & breath. Unite and embrace all the elements of you.

Yoga Sutra 1.33
Maitri karuna mudina upeksanam sukha dukha punya apunya visayanam bhavanatah cittaprasadanam.

Translation
Mind is purified by cultivating friendliness towards the happy,
compassion towards the miserable,
joy towards the virtuous and indifference towards the wicked.
When we see a person having success in life, wish them continued success.
When we see a person having difficulty in life, wish them compassion.
When we see a person having great virtue and pure, wish them joy.
When we see a person impure and evil, wish them good will.

ANCIENT WISDOM. MODERN WELLBEING.

I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken—it is about remembering what is whole.

Beneath the noise of daily life exists a deeper intelligence that has guided humanity for thousands of years. Ancient traditions have long understood that wellbeing arises when body, mind, spirit, and nature are in harmony. Today, modern science is beginning to affirm what these wisdom traditions have always known: the body possesses an innate capacity for healing, regulation, and transformation. My work is devoted to bridging these worlds.

I am Kim Savage, Integrative Healer, Intuitive Bodyworker, Massage Therapist, Sound Practitioner, Shamanic Guide and educator. For over a decade, I have explored the intersection of therapeutic touch, nervous system regulation, sound medicine, breathwork, equine wisdom, and sacred healing traditions.

At the heart of my work is the understanding that every living being exists within a field of resonance.

I call this the Divine Resonance Field the subtle yet powerful life force that animates the body and connects us to something greater than ourselves. This field is expressed through breath, vibration, fascia, emotion, intuition, energy, relationship, and our connection to the natural world. When this field is flowing harmoniously, we experience greater vitality, presence, clarity, and wellbeing.

Through years of study and practice, I developed Divine Resonance Bodywork™, an integrative approach that combines bodywork, sound, breath, nervous system regulation, energetic awareness, and ancient healing wisdom. This work supports the restoration of coherence within the body and helps clients reconnect with their own innate healing intelligence.

Whether I am working with a person, a horse, or a student, my approach begins with listening.

Listening to the body’s story. Listening to the wisdom beneath symptoms. Listening to the subtle language of resonance that reveals where healing is seeking to emerge.

Through intuitive touch, therapeutic bodywork, sacred sound, breathwork, and somatic practices, I create spaces where people can soften, release, regulate, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.

The horses have been among my greatest teachers. Their ability to sense authenticity, presence, and energetic coherence has profoundly shaped my understanding of healing. They continually remind me that true transformation happens not through force, but through relationship, awareness, and connection.

Today I share these teachings with clients, practitioners, and students seeking a holistic and embodied approach to wellness.

My intention is simple:

To honor the wisdom of ancient traditions while embracing modern understanding. To help others reconnect with the intelligence of their bodies. To cultivate greater harmony within the nervous system, the heart, and the spirit. And to support the remembrance that healing is not something we find outside ourselves—it is something we awaken within.

Welcome. I am honored to walk beside you on this journey.

~ I have made a commitment to facilitate healing. Healing through therapeutic touch, healing through sound, healing through intent and energy and honoring my ancestors, earth, source and the teachers before me.
