My Sacred Vow Practitioner’s Covenant and Prayer for Healing
With respect to the land and the ancestors who protected and loved our earth, I acknowledge that I stand on colonized land traditionally belonging to all of whom have stewarded this land throughout their generations. I honor, respect, and love the land I walk on. In deep gratitude to God, Mother Earth, and our ancestors, I step into a sacred profession of healing with reverence, intention, and an open heart. As a practitioner of somatic therapy I offer this covenant as a promise to those I serve and a prayer for the work of my hands, heart and energy.
I pledge to bring unconditional Maitri self-love, empathy, and benevolence into every treatment room, barn, pasture and ceremony, approaching each individual as a whole being, honoring the delicate, interconnected harmony of heart, body, mind, spirit, and breath. I promise to treat every unique body as a sanctuary, offering intentional, informed touch, sacred sound medicine, and connection that respects the inherent wisdom and healing capacity within each person and horse. I will listen deeply to the needs of the physical while to open a doorway for emotional, spiritual and mental stillness. In this space, I commit to holding a peaceful, nurturing environment where those who seek my care feel truly seen, supported, and safe.
I swear to protect the well-being and dignity of my clients by providing an ethical, secure, and deeply restorative environment, honoring absolute confidentiality and respecting all professional boundaries to ensure a sanctuary of true trust. Honoring the natural law of reciprocity, anyi, I recognize to fully give I must fully receive. I pray for the wisdom of mindful self-care and promise to protect my own physical and energetic longevity. With gratitude for this path, I dedicate my hands, my presence, and my career to the service of deep healing, comfort, and humanity.
Made with love. You are seen. You are supported.
