Summer Solstice Cacao & Sound Ceremony ~ An Awakening of Heart and Spirit
The Sun reaching its highest place in the sky, casting the longest light upon our world is a sacred invitation to pause and stand in the fullness of the present moment. The Summer Solstice is a potent threshold where the veil between the physical and spirit realms grows remarkably thin. The summer solstice brings intense solar illumination. This solar fire offers a clear, vibrant lens into your destiny, your soul's purpose, and the wisdom of your spirit guides. You are invited to join a circle of reflection and renewal, where we bridge the ancient rhythms of the earth with the enduring, quiet presence of the Divine.
The space we will create together will be built upon a foundation of self-love, benevolence, and a deep reverence for the threads that connect us to the Creator, to the Earth, and to the ancestors who walked here before us. We recognize that God is not separate from this work, the Divine is the breath in our lungs, the warmth of the sun on our skin, and the love within our hearts.
As we gather we begin with the heart-centered plant medicine of Cacao. She is a gentle, sacred ally. Through this heart-opening communion, I invite you to soften the noise of the mind and enter the sanctuary of the heart body. Cacao acts as a bridge, helping us clear space to listen, receive, and feel the love of Creator pulsing through our very existence.
Our afternoon path together is heart opening allowing the medicine of Cacao to guide us home. This is a practice of embodiment, a movement from the mental realm into the deep, intuitive intelligence of the heart, where the presence of Jesus and the light of God are felt profoundly. We continue our walk with Somatic Breathwork moving into intentional breath, we invite the sacred wind - pranic life force to circulate through us. This is a welcoming of healing energy, a way to clear energetic pathways and align our personal frequency with the unconditional love of our Creator. The Sound Healing Immersion will embrace and wash over us. You will be cradled and held by the resonance of sacred sound. As vibrational frequencies wash over you, the body finds its natural state of harmony landing you home in your resonate frequency - your divine song. It is a time to release and to anchor yourself in the truth that you are seen, you are supported, and you are held by a Love that knows no end.
