A beautiful shamanic ceremony with the heart-centered plant medicine of Cacao. The ceremony is a journey to take you to meet the spirit of Cacao . Cacao is a wonderfully gentle heart opening plant medicine and can give you healing, guidance or insight into any area of your life.

Sacred cacao is used for healing, stimulating creativity, vitality, insight and embodiment. And is wonderful for helping you get out of your mind, into your body and open your heart.

After drinking a cup of Cacao, you will be taken through somatic breath, a deep guided meditation, followed by a sound healing ceremony guiding you back to love.

Somatic Breath is a welcoming of healing prana (lifeforce energy carried through the breath) into the body, the sound frequencies will carry and facilitate a deep physical and energetic healing. Breath connects us to our creator, to earth, to ourselves, to each other and to our ancestors. Within the breath is prana a lifeforce energy that carries ancient knowledge of healing translated through frequency into the energy of love.

Kim will guide you through a meditation carrying you deep into the heart center, followed by gentle somatic breathwork, finishing the journey with sound healing.

The intention is a clearing and healing for the mind, reconnection, reverence and healing for the body and an awakening of spirit.
